Man City confirm Gabriel Jesus and Kyle Walker have tested positive for COVID-19
Two personnel will now observe a period of self-isolation in accordance with Premier League and UK Government protocol on quarantine.
That rules Walker and Jesus out for the Christmas fixtures against Newcastle, Everton and likely the trip to Chelsea in the new year. City then face Manchester United in the Carabao Cup semi-final in 12 days time on January 6.
"Everyone at the Club wishes our colleagues a speedy recovery over the Christmas period ahead of their return to work, training and competition."
