Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's Man Utd end Liverpool's 17-game winning streak one short of Man City's record. Here's the longest winning runs.
Liverpool's 17-match win streak comes to an end with a 1-1 draw at Manchester United.
It was the second-longest winning streak in English top-flight history behind Manchester City (18 straight in 2017).
Liverpool is still unbeaten in its last 26 Premier League games.

Atkinson is a disgrace to the English referees association. Origi was fouled right in front of him and Utd capitalised. Mane scores and VAR chops the goal. A Utd player went down, was not a head injury and he stops play. The same player goes down, Utd didn't put ball into touch and Liverpool finally played it out after maybe 2 minutes. He didn't stop play. This is reason there was not a single English official at the last world cup.

This was a very decent and improved Man Utd performance since the Chelsea game. I wish they maintain this level of perfomance throughout the season. They could have even won the match with a bit of grit and wit torwards the end. All the same it was an encouraging display.
