Erling Haaland has claimed that he wants to score as many goals in as few touches as possible after continuing his incredible goalscoring streak for Manchester City on Wednesday.
The Norwegian forward came up against his former club Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League, and despite having a quiet evening for the majority of the match, he still popped up with six minutes to go to score the winning goal with an acrobatic volley. This took his record to 13 goals in eight matches for City since his arrival in July.
Wednesday's match was not the first time that Haaland has struggled to get involved in City's build-up play, but he has insisted that he doesn't care as long as he keeps getting on the scoresheet.
When asked whether he would like to get more touches in matches, Haaland told BeIN SPORTS on Wednesday night: 'My dream is to touch the ball five times and score five goals! That's my biggest dream.'
The 22-year-old appears to be aware of others pointing out his lack of involvement aside from scoring, but he has said that he will not be distracted by this and will continue to concentrate on putting the ball in the back of the net.
'People maybe talk about that I don't touch the ball enough, but I don't care about this.
'I know what I'm going to do, what I have to do, and this is exactly what I did today in a difficult match. And this is exactly what I will keep doing,' he said.
After a remarkable start to his time in England, it would be easy for complacency to creep in for Haaland.
However, that does not appear to be a problem for the striker, who has said that he is remaining focused, with City quickly back in action against Wolves on Saturday.
'I'm soon going to think about Wolverhampton because that's how my brain has to be,' he explained.
'I have to focus on the next things, I have to focus on the right things because if I think too much I don't think that it's a good thing.'
