Man City urged to sign Bayern & former Liverpool star Coutinho

Former Manchester United midfielder Kleberson believes his fellow countryman Philippe Coutinho would be a perfect fit for Man City.

Coutinho set the Premier League alight during his five year stay at Liverpool where he became renowned for his magical skill and scoring spectacular goals.

Despite things not going well at Barcelona it's clear that Coutinho, 27, is still an extremely talented player with a lot to offer for big sides and Kleberson thinks City should snap him up.

"The way City play with more possession of the ball. Philippe Coutinho could bring a lot of quality to Manchester City," the Brazilian told Bet O'Clock .

"I know things did not go so well for him at Barcelona, but he has improved a lot whilst playing for Bayern Munich.

"He is not the best player at Bayern, but he looks much better. With the players around him, I think he would be a good fit at Manchester City.”

However, considering the wealth of talent the Blues already have in their midfield paired with the fact that Coutinho still has three-and-a-half years remaining on his contract and Barca will not let him go on the cheap, makes any transfer seem unlikely.
