Manchester United fans were left fuming at the state of Bournemouth's pitch during their 2-2 draw at the Vitality Stadium.

Erik ten Hag's men had to fight from behind twice to claim a point as their winless run continued into their fourth successive game.
Dominic Solanke fired the hosts ahead with a brilliant move before finishing, with Bruno Fernandes levelling the scores on the 31st minute.
Justin Kluivert restored the Cherries' lead just five minutes later before a second half Fernandes penalty saw the spols shared.
However, the Man United fans think they spotted a key factor which affected their side's performance on the south coast.

Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, one fan wrote: 'Is what Bournemouth have done to this pitch even allowed?
'United's attacking half is almost unplayable because it's basically a swimming pool.'
His sentiment was shared by several other United supporters, including The United Stand owner Mark Goldbridge.
'Fair play Bournemouth,' he wrote. 'Drench the pitch and our players are skating on ice. Goal comes from that.'
Another fan accused the Cherries of watering just one side of their pitch as they asked: 'Is a team allowed to soak only one half of the pitch with water as Bournemouth appear to have done?'
Other football fans were not having United's excuses, with one writing: 'The Bournemouth watered the pitch excuse is becoming more and more like the couldn’t see our players in a grey kit excuse.
'Embarrassing from fans of the biggest club in the world.'
While another pointed out that the pitch would be the same for both sides, so Bournemouth would not gain any advantage.
'Bournemouth groundman is so magic he can drench & undrench every single blade of grass depending if a Bournemouth or United player steps on it. Both teams playing on the same pitch!!' they said.
With the Red Devils dropping even more points, a place in the Champions League looks unlikely next season for Ten Hag's men.
His future also remains in doubt with links to Graham Potter and Gareth Southgate as strong as ever.

the pitch should be firstly inspected before it hosts the game...if it's wet the game should be postponed..i think Bournemouth did it for a purpose because they wanted to beat Manchester united

There are some players that don’t deserve to be in the club… there’s no spirit or clear standard for the club by the players. I don’t want yo mention names but you can do the assignment

This is gonna sound weird but we can't always change change manager when the going gets tough this is more than the manager it's the players, back room staff, and the higher heads.
