Nemanja Matic and Paul Pogba gave Manchester United a win over Huddersfield Town on a special day for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
Match Report
Matic tapped in after Victor Lindelof's header was blocked on the line.
That save proved pivotal as, three minutes later, United doubled their lead. Juan Mata danced his way into the penalty area and found Ander Herrera, who teed up Pogba to sweep home first time.
Pogba added gloss to the scoreline and a super personal display with 12 minutes to go, collecting Jesse Lingard's pass and bending a sublime low strike past Jonas Lossl from 25 yards out, making Jorgensen's late tap-in mere consolation.

The lads are playing a beautiful game , they are happy playing together, you can feel the team spirit. david de gea is a monster, he saves the unsavable, ole has breathed new life into the team pogba,, he is bossing the midfield with simple brilliance. quickly letting the ball go to the next man, getting into good positions, no over-expression on the ball. Just simple brilliance That's 8 goals for Manchester United in just 2 games under Olé. You may say it's just Cardiff and Huddersfield but there's willingness to fulfill the manager's attacking philosophy and the players look so happy. Credit to Olé and his players for putting smiles back on. 😀🔴

All players are fully committed and playing with full confidence. Very much happy to see Paul Pogba back to his great form. Surely he should be the man of the match with two great goals. Back to back impressive results. GGMU
