Manchester United are facing an exodus of players that could hit double figures before the start of next season.
Morale at Old Trafford is low after interim boss Ralf Rangnick inherited a divided dressing room from Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, with a staggering 17 players said to be unhappy.
Many of them are under contract and will not be sold, but there will still be a significant number of departures.
Rangnick is aware of the mood after holding player meetings.
Anthony Martial will leave on loan this month if Sevilla improve their opening loan offer, and is set to move permanently in the summer. Paul Pogba and Jesse Lingard have not renewed their contracts, which run out in June, enabling both to leave on free transfers, which would be a huge financial blow to United.
Edinson Cavani has been told he cannot leave this month, but he will also be a free agent in the summer, along with Juan Mata, who may go out on loan to Spain or MLS this month.
Donny van de Beek, Dean Henderson and Eric Bailly are all unhappy at their lack of playing time and are open to moves.
Phil Jones, 29, wants regular football and has been linked with a loan to Benfica. Nemanja Matic, Fred and Diogo Dalot enter the final year of their contracts in the summer, although United have the option to extend Fred and Dalot’s deals by 12 months. Axel Tuanzebe joined Napoli on loan on Wednesday.

Nowadays being united fan is so hard: 1. No beautiful games 2. Unmanaged culture 3. Players with no intension to play for the badge 4. Ronaldo coming back is a kind of problem too ( tactics changed for him which is the problem Ole couldn't solve now Rangnik facing same issue without CR7 Man utd were playing better. Yes he scores important goal but remember united were winning games last season with same players without Ronaldo) 5. No trust in manager and tactics 6. No good backroom staffs 7. players like DVB is not getting enough playing time 8. No quality in mid field 9. Quality in attack but midfielders can't provide good passes 10. out of form players not dropped, playing players out of position( pogba had same problem and sancho too) 11. not clearing deadwood 12. No clear transfer idea

Not true we where still suffering without CR7 we finished 2nd not because Man U was soo good but the other teams where soon bad. If you are truthful then you know we haven't done any better in the last 6 seasons. CR7 had simply exposed the lack of depth and cohesion in our team. He is an old man who will not be responsible to save teams today. Both Messi and CR7 have done their time and truly speaking they'll become passengers as time goes. Man U needs an overhaul of both players and mentality. Our defense is the worst I've seen in years our midfield makes terrible errors leading to goals most of the time. Our attack is afraid to take on defense we don't cross ball that often in the box. Players play with their heads down. This is a clearly failed collection and has been like this for a couple of seasons. Our transfers are not in the critical areas that we know we need improvement. Maguire the weakest link in our defense gets game time to make sure we loose games. It's a dead end my friend until someone gets tired of this and plan to change things.

Am a big fan of Ronaldo but this guy is killing our team... He is the problem, our Other players are even afraid to take on opponents.... It's jus a mass, every ba you get in front of Goal you must look where he is, cos if you shoot at goal and it's off target your afraid of what Ronaldo will say or if he will throw his hands in the air (in disgust)... Ronaldo is the problem, even Bruno form is off sine Ronaldo came... It's bad guys, very bad

Manutd's problem is so deep, deeper than what most people and fan see. it goes beyond the football team but that's what interest most fans, hence they keep yarning about same stuff. Do u know there is something called Manchester United Public liability Company (PLC), and the Man Utd Football club is only a fraction of the Mother company? Have you ever wondered why Sir Ferguson resigned a year after Ed Woodward was appointed as CEO and Head of Operations at the Football Club? Ed, if you dont know, was an accountant and investment banker, who was placed in charge of commercial and media operations of Manchester United. He wasnt a football guy but a businessman and financial planner, the role he previously held. You ever wondered why Manutd fc havent won any major trophy since Ed's appointment 9yrs ago (only major trophy after Fergie's last epl title was The Europa cup under JM). You see guys, it's all about business, media, publicity etc for ManUtd with Ed in charge. signing big names and popular players that doesnt fit into the United style of play, but will create lotta publicity n consequently increase revenue was the target, even if the club should suffer, just take a look back at crop of players after Fergie left...Fellaini,Alexis Sanchez, Morgan Schneiderlin, De Maria, Falcao,Victor Valdes, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Lukaku, Depay, DeBlind..etc and now Matic,Pogba,Maguire, Fred etc...majority of them are for publicity stunt plus even CR7's return. that is ONE reason, among others, they ain't blending. there is NOt a thing like team at Manutd fc but bunch of players running around the pitch tryna pretend they jell. A good football side shoukd have 3 solid teams within the 1 big team, the Defence plus the goalie is one team, the Midfield is another team, and the forward should make another formidable team, if you understand football you'll know Manutd fc is so far away from this and it will take a while before things return to good old days. I could go on and dissect more issues at the Club but let me drop my pen here, probably some other time.

I agree with you.... CR7 is not the problem, he just expose how bad the team is.... And last season we were lucky to finish 2nd in the league Liverpool has injuries problem and Chelsea has Lampard. I've been saying the same to others but they couldn't or don't want to acknowledge the fact. We were never the best nor we were close to being the best in the league since the last 5/6 seasons.

Ronaldo is not the problem Man stll trying to give his 100% on the pitch And he's not lw he's now st who can deliveries Not a single pass from mcfred or good crosses from wings Only bruno is able to give quality passes. And if ur saying last year performance then utd were europa league and they were 2nd in the league only coz Liverpool had injuries and Chelsea just appointed tuchel

Man U have the players, but they can't make the right use of them
