Manchester United fans have pleaded with manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to make a move for RB Leipzig striker Timo Werner after his extraordinary display against Mainz.
United slipped to their fourth defeat of the Premier League season after Josh King's goal handed Bournemouth all three points on Saturday.
Solskjaer was critical of his forwards after the game and has previously confirmed the club would be looking to bolster their options in the final third in the January transfer window.
Werner has long been linked with a move to the Premier League after emerging as one of the top forwards in Germany, a target for both Liverpool and United according to reports.
The 23-year-old showed just what he's capable of during Leipzig's 8-0 win against Mainz, scoring a hat-trick as well as registering a hat-trick of assists for his teammates.
His performance has left United fans desperate to see the Germany international at Old Trafford.
