Manchester City coasted past Arsenal, picking up a 5-0 victory over the Gunners on Saturday,
The game confirmed Arsenal's worst start to a Premier League season in 118 years - having registered three losses and scored zero goals.
Sportamil have analysed how both Mikel Arteta and Pep Guardiola's men fared...
Man City (4-3-3)
Ederson - 6
Was hugely lucky when his attempted clearance bounced off Smith-Rowe and rolled along the goalline and just wide. Did everything else with minimum of fuss.
Kyle Walker - 6
Survived a penalty shout when he came together with Tierney but there looked nothing in it. Little else to worry about defensively and taken off at the break.
Ruben Dias - 6
City’s defensive kingpin had no major worries with Arsenal only playing one striker up front and seeing so little of the ball. Strolled through the day.
Aymeric Laporte - 6
Remains a handful at set-pieces and, with John Stones still working his way back to full match fitness, has formed a rock solid partnership with Dias.
Joao Cancelo - 7
Lucky to survive a terrible foul from Xhaka but formed a threatening partnership with Grealish on the left.
Bernardo Silva - 8
Supposedly on his way out at City but had a role of some sort in all four goals to show he can still be a key player for Guardiola.
Rodri - 7
Quiet but effective job in the middle of City’s midfield, playing the anchor role for his attacking team mates to bomb forward. Superb strike for his goal too.
Ilay Gundogan - 7
Skipper for the day and led by example with a brilliant headed opener despite not being the tallest of players.
Gabriel Jesus - 9
Enjoying life as a winger, rather than centre-forward, as he proved with a magnificent cross for the opening goal. Great positional play when he netted the third.
Ferran Torres - 8
Showed deadly instincts for his first goal, in the right place at the right time as he continues to revel in the role of number nine and well-placed header for his second.
Jack Grealish - 8
His sweeping pass set City going for their first goal, one of many instances of his excellent use of the ball, most notably when he set up City’s third.
Substitutes
Oleksandr Zinchenko for Walker, 45mins, 7
Raheem Sterling for Silva, 57mins, 7
Riyad Mahrez for Jesus, 61mins, 6
Substitutes (not used) Steffen, Stones, Ake, Fernandinho, Doyle, Palmer.
Arsenal (5-4-1)
Bernd Leno - 5
Might have done more to keep out the opening header but helped keep it semi-respectable as City really threatened to run riot.
Cedric Soares - 5
Stuck out an unconvincing leg as he tried to clear for City’s second and booked for a foul on Grealish. A day to forget.
Callum Chambers - 4
Out of position as Jesus’s cross floated over him for the opening goal then bullied by Laporte for the second and beaten by Grealish for the third.
Rob Holding - 5
Another experienced defender who had a miserable afternoon at the hands of City’s mobile front men. Caught out for pace and sharpness too often.
Sead Kolasinac - 5
Booked for a tussle with Jesus although he kept battling to the bitter end and tried to pick up the runs of Jesus, Torres and Sterling.
Kieran Tierney - 5
Beaten far too easily by Jesus before the Brazilian crossed for the opener.
Martin Odegaard - 5
New permanent Arsenal man must have wondered what he has let himself in for as his midfield department was completely overrun and unable to get a foothold in the game.
Emile Smith Rowe - 7
His endeavour almost paid off early when he closed down Ederson and the keeper booted the ball against him to nearly gift him a goal.
Granit Xhaka - 3
Arsenal had a mountain to climb even before his rash, two-footed lunge on Cancelo earned him a straight red after 35 minutes. Appalling leadership.
Bukayo Saka - 6
Tried hard and ran after many a lost cause but Arsenal never had enough of the ball for the youngster to make an impact and was spared at half-time.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang - 5
Totally anonymous but then, given the run-around Arsenal were receiving, the lack of service was predictable. Throwing the ball down in disgust after a decision went against him summed it up.
Substitues
Mohamed Elneny for Saka, 45 mins, 5
Alexandre Lacazette for Aubameyang, 58mins, 5
Ashley Maitland-Niles for Odegaard 71 mins, 5
Substitues (not used) Ramsdale, Tavares, Mari, Lokonga, Okonkwo, Martinelli.
