The two clubs have reached an agreement for €25 million plus bonuses, making this the most expensive sale in Rayo Vallecano's history. Although Rayo Vallecano initially demanded a higher price, with a release clause of €50 million, they ultimately agreed with the London club on a price of €25 million. The ban is lifted and will only be effect come next year 30 June. This ban will only be imposed on Chelsea if during this 2 years period Chelsea finds themselves in a related case then they'll activate this ban. As it is now Chelsea will continue signing players every season unless if they make a faul it's when this ban will be active.
