The biggest mistake that Man Utd is doing to hamper Martial's growth is by playing him out of position. He's a natural winger and not a striker. He should play to his strengths and emulate players like Hazard, Sterling, Mané, Son and Salah. He surely has the talent but needs a good manager to get the best out of him. I don't think Ole is the man for him.
