Kylian Mbappe reportedly has three demands of Real Madrid to join the LaLiga giants this summer, including a mammoth £105million signing on fee.
Reports circulated last week that the French superstar had agreed to join the 14-time European Cup winners from PSG at the end of the season.
However, it appears that negotiations in a seemingly never-ending saga are still ongoing and the 25-year-old is holding out for major concessions from Madrid.
According to Cadena SER, the first of Mbappe's demands is a £43m-per-year salary, almost double the earners at the top end of Madrid's current wage structure.
Madrid's top earners going into next season will be Vinicius Jr and Bellingham on deals that see them clear closer to 12m euros with incremental rises factored into their contracts in the coming seasons.
Carlo Ancelotti has a side capable of competing for the league title and the Champions League, with those pair in particular showing remarkable development.
The signing of Mbappe, though, could catapult Madrid to the stratosphere of Manchester City and set them up for the next decade or so of dominance.
If the Spanish side were looking to save money on a transfer fee for Mbappe they are sorely mistaken as, despite his contract expiring at the Parc des Princes at the end of the term, the forward will reportedly seek a £105m signing on fee.
It is true that the fee is less than they would have reasonably expected to pay the Ligue 1 champions for his services but it remains an astronomical sum only a few million short of what they spent to bring Bellingham to the Bernabeu last summer.
Additionally, the report goes on to claim that Mbappe wishes to retain a percentage of his image rights.
The club usually take 50 per cent of their top signings' image rights but reports of those close to Real Madrid suggest the club could allow Mbappe a 60-40 split in his favour to further sweeten the pill of him walking away from the bottomless pit of money he's been paid from in France.
Madrid are not without their financial restrictions. Last November at the club's general assembly they requested the members' permission to borrow a further 300m euros to complete the stadium, taking their borrowing for the project to 1.17bn euros.

Instead spending that huge amount on mbappe, it's better if we use that funds to bring haaland and musiala to bernabeu..

We can get Davies, Gutierrez, Couto , Dragusin, Musiala and Haaland with those money.. it's better use the money to build a team than make mbappe become the richest player in the world..

Bro not trying to coz a fight. Barca are still overall a clear team in terms of developing players imo. As you can see I’m not a Real Madrid fan and if I’d support a team of the 2 It would be Barca. But doesn’t mean that Real Madrid don’t currently have an op team compared to Barca.
Who cares about developing players when you have the money to buy important players to win the game. Anyway Real Madrid is bigger than Barcelona so it's not a development site.
