Former Real Madrid striker spoke to Cadena SER's and El Larguero programme about Real Madrid's 0-2 win over Roma: "I just get the feeling that the players are playing for themselves."
Former Real Madrid striker Pedja Mijatovic spoke on Cadena SER's El Larguero programme about Real Madrid's 0-2 win over Roma on Tuesday evening, which saw Los Blancos top their group and qualify for the last 16 with a game to spare.
The current team: "I'm happy they qualified in the Champions League, and first in their group, which is important. But the first half was not good. I'm not convinced by this Real Madrid side".
Fatigue: "To me the team looks a bit jaded physically; they just looked a bit slow against Eibar. I just get the feeling that the players are playing for themselves and don't play for the team, and that's dangerous."
Trophies: "Real Madrid will have to really improve if they want to fight for competitions this season."
Isco: "Maybe Isco is not ready to start, but he wasn't even on the bench, which is pretty serious. Isco is a very useful player and they need to get him back."

He will not come because Almighty coach Perez will not sign the right players. For instance he wants mane, Hazard and Salah but Chief coach Perez want overvalued Neymar. More so Perez sacrifice final say on new signing up for zidane. so Perez should focus on others football management otherwise no reasonable coach will work for Madrid again. Mr Perez should have realized this by now. why did he allowed Ronaldo and zidane to go ? finally, Solari will not achieve anything.

This Madrid is not good enough. Should they play again good team like they did in first half against Roma, they will be out. They are not good at all. I am a Madrid fan but I don't see this team going far in laliga or champion league. Is varene good this year ? Bale is a one game good player and Benzema is w supporting striker. Only Perez think that the team is good. More so he is recruiting spectacular players in his mind not physical. Finally the present Madrid side play's football from comfort zones. For instance isco preferred to dribblers than play for team work and Asenso is living in the past rather than work harder. No wonder they were afraid of Conte. I don't see them performing miracles under solari.
