Milan continue their pursuit of a centre-back and could turn their focus to Manchester City’s Nicolas Otamendi.
The Rossoneri are revamping their defence under new Coach Marco Giampaolo and approaches to Juventus for Merih Demiral or Daniele Rugani seem to have failed.
According to Calciomercato.it, the next name on the list is 31-year-old Otamendi, who joined Manchester City in 2015 for €44.5m.
He featured 33 times in all competition last season, contributing one goal and one assist.
Otamendi is reportedly not a firm fixture in Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City team, so could be sold to Milan with his salary spread out over more years.
