Milan have announced they will lodge an appeal against a decision that the club must pay Zvonimir Boban €5.3m compensation for unfair dismissal.
The former director was sacked in March after he publicly accused CEO Ivan Gazidis of working behind the backs of his fellow chiefs to negotiate directly with German coach Ralf Rangnick.
A statement was released by Milan this evening, assuring they will appeal the ruling.
