Milan are offering €35m plus bonuses to sign Luka Jovic from Real Madrid, claim Italian sources, reuniting him with Ante Rebic.
According to Sport Mediaset, a proposal worth €35m plus bonuses has been prepared for the summer.
The forward only left Eintracht Frankfurt for €60m almost a year ago, but struggled for playing time with two goals and two assists in 24 competitive games.
He formed a spectacular partnership with Rebic in Frankfurt and could be reunited with his old teammate at San Siro.
While Rebic is technically only on a two-year loan deal, the Rossoneri are in negotiations to make the move permanent, with Andre Silva doing the same in the other direction.
Jovic is a Serbia international with two goals in seven senior caps.
