Chelsea news as Moises Caicedo and Nicolas Jackson face up to defeat against Nottingham Forest with a defiant message to the fans
Moises Caicedo has sent a defiant message after his mistake played a key role in Chelsea's 1-0 defeat to Nottingham Forest on Saturday. Caicedo, starting just his second Premier League game for the club, lost possession in his own half with a turnover that allowed the hosts to break and score.
He wrote on Instagram after the game: "[Translated] Sad for the defeat but we will come back stronger [blue heart and bicep emoji]. I LOVE YOU GOD EVEN MORE IN DEFEAT."
Caicedo is part of a young Blues side that are learning on the job. Alongside him, 22-year-old striker, Nicolas Jackson, was central to the game against Forest. Jackson, who scored his first goal for the club one week earlier in the 3-0 win against Luton, missed a golden chance to level the game late on.
He responded to Caicedo's post with a simple message of two praying hand emojis. The pair will now be central to the rebuild under Pochettino but must first turn attention to work with their national teams.
Caicedo will be away with Ecaudor whilst Jackson joins up with former Blues Kalidou Koulibaly and Edouard Mendy with Senegal.

Chelsea need to be patience with caicedo. Playing on big club like Chelsea comes with responsibilities and it will take time for him to adjust.
