Liverpool midfielder Naby Keita was rushed to hospital for a heart scan after pulling out of the Napoli game, but will remain under observation.
The Guinea international suddenly sat down just 18 minutes into the Champions League match at the Stadio San Paolo this evening.
The medics went to see him and he was stretchered off, seemingly with a muscular problem.
However, Sky Sport Italia and Radio Marte both confirm he was rushed to the Cardarelli hospital for tests on his heart.
It seems Keita felt faint and there were initially concerns he might be having a heart attack.
The tests gave the all-clear, but he will remain in hospital under observation for tonight.
Napoli won the match 1-0 in the final minute with Lorenzo Insigne’s goal.
Keita is 23 years old and Liverpool paid €60m to sign him from RB Leipzig over the summer.
