Changing managers in unjustifiable manner only ruins teams mentality.
The reason for his sacking doesn't make sense. Bayern is still a top contender for the UECL, only one point behind their league leaders and are still playing great football...why replace him?
Even if Bayern win the league, it should be counted as Nigelsmann's and not Tuchel, because Negelsmann already did the job!
