Radja Nainggolan is out of the Inter squad for the Derby d’Italia with Juventus, but Sime Vrsaljko is fit.
The Belgian went off injured against Tottenham Hotspur in the Champions League, and it was expected the he’d also miss tomorrow’s game.
This evening Luciano Spalletti has released his squad, with Nainggolan left out, but full-back Sime Vrsaljko is included.
