Roma attacker Nicolo Zaniolo has reportedly rejected a move to Bournemouth having told his agent that he has no interest in continuing negotiations with the Premier League club.

Zaniolo is understood to be ready to leave Italy this month with Bournemouth among a number of clubs wanting to acquire his services.

However, the Cherries will have to look elsewhere with Zaniolo's agent communicating that the player has turned their proposal, according to Tuttomercatoweb.

The relegation threatened side are the only club to have met Roma's asking price, offering a reported £30m plus add ons.

Tuttomercatoweb claim Zaniolo's agent Claudio Vigorelli met with Bournemouth representatives in Italy on Friday but the talks won't be going any further.

This leaves the player at somewhat of a loose end with AC Milan and Tottenham  having already backed out of a move due to the asking price.

The 23-year-old is in the midst of his fifth season at Roma, where he has scored 24 goals in 128 appearances.
