A non-league football club are cursing the weather once again after being struck by severe flooding which has left their entire pitch submerged.
AFC Telford's gym, car park, and backrooms were not spared the chaos after the Shropshire town was lashed with heavy rain.
The seventh-tier outfit are urging fans to help them clear the mess at their SEAH Stadium.
Two years ago the club suffered the same fate after flooding in their offices left them pleading for volunteers - a sinking feeling following relegation to the Southern League.
'This evening's thunderstorm over Wellington has deluged the SEAH Stadium,' the club wrote on X on Thursday.
'If you are available tomorrow (Friday) from 9 am onwards we'd welcome any help you could give to help us get things straightened up and dried out.'
Some white lines were just about visible on the turf but for the most part, the pitch was underwater.
The flooding even reached the stands, which is perhaps an extra incentive for supporters to help mop up.
Outside the ground, a solitary vehicle was perched by a grass verge just above the flooding.
It comes after fans of AFC Wimbledon woke up on Monday to see their favourite ground had acquired a sinkhole due to flooding.
A fundraiser has garnered £118,000 at the time of writing to help the club fix the damage, with Newcastle United, who they were due to host in the third round of the Carabao Cup on Tuesday this week, pledging £15,000 to the cause.
That fixture will now take place on Tuesday, October 1 and moved to the Premier League side's St James' Park stadium 280 miles away.
Wimbledon confirmed on Wednesday that the club's home game against Accrington Stanley had been called off after attempts to find an alternative venue had proved fruitless.
As well as their pitch being damaged, Wimbledon also saw their club shop and museum flooded.
Tankers had to remove more than 100,000 litres of water from their Plough Lane stadium on Monday but the club are getting back on their feet thanks to help from more than 2,000 donors.
