Christian Norgaard has urged Arsenal not to keep their "heads down for too long" after their FA Cup exit to Southampton.
Arsenal had the opportunity to clinch a quadruple until the middle of March, but they have now missed their first two chances to win silverware this season.
They lost 2-0 to Manchester City in the EFL Cup final on March 22, and on their return to action following the international break, they suffered a shock 2-1 loss to Southampton in the FA Cup quarter-finals.
It is Arsenal's first set of back-to-back defeats in all competitions this season.
The Gunners next face Sporting CP in the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final on Tuesday, before their attention returns to the Premier League at the weekend when they face Bournemouth.
And Norgaard insisted it was important for Arsenal to keep the body language positive as they attempt to get back on track.
"The message is to have a positive body language, to talk with your team-mates, with the coaching staff," he said.
"Now is not the time to go with our heads down for too long.
"It's fine to be frustrated and also to analyse what went wrong, but then we also have to look forward because there are so many big games coming up for this club."
Arsenal are nine points clear of second-place City in the Premier League, though Pep Guardiola's side have a game in hand, and will host the Gunners in their top-flight clash this month.
Arsenal remain the overwhelming favourites to clinch their first league title since 2003-04, with the Opta supercomputer giving them a 97.3% chance of lifting the trophy.
They are also tipped to win the Champions League for the first time, winning in 28% of the supercomputer's simulations.

I don't think arsenal will win any title this season
Why can’t you just state it correctly, meaning you don’t want Arsenal to win anything this season. I personally believe that you will be completely wrong.

Arsenal keeps dropping morale in crucial moments. They still have so much to do to become eventual winners
