OFFICIAL: Aston Villa signs Wan-Bissaka from West Ham United on loan

According to Aston Villa official news, the club signed Aaron Wan-Bissaka on loan from West Ham United. The contract includes a conditional mandatory buy-out clause.

Aston Villa is delighted to announce the signing of Aaron Wan-Bissaka from West Ham United.

The DR Congo international, who played for his country at the 2026 FIFA World Cup, has joined on a season-long loan, with a conditional obligation to buy.

A graduate of the youth academy at Crystal Palace, the 28-year-old full back would go on to spend five years at Manchester United, where he lifted the FA Cup and the EFL Cup.

After making nearly 200 appearances at Old Trafford, he has spent the past two seasons in east London.
