Sometimes as Chelsea fans, we talk too much and forget that the coach knows the players better than we do. He's working under management—there are things he can do and things he simply can't. Yes, he might want to buy a certain player, but he still needs approval from his bosses. If they say no, it’s a no. We don’t know what goes on behind the scenes between the coach and the club’s management. All we do is open our mouths and comment as if we know everything. But ask yourself— is there any coach who doesn’t want a stronger, better team? Let’s be real. Instead of insulting the coach, we should respect and support him. He’s also trying to build his name and prove himself. Just like we want the team to succeed, he does too.
