Coventry City officially confirmed that Frank Onyeka has joined from Brentford, with the transfer fee undisclosed.
The midfielder arrived at Coventry on loan in January, and with the opening of the summer transfer window, his permanent transfer clause from Brentford has been officially activated.
Onyeka was highly influential, playing a key role in helping the team secure the Championship title under Frank Lampard.
He made a total of 14 appearances, scoring a spectacular goal in a crucial match against Derby County in April.
The 28-year-old has extensive Premier League experience, having made 75 appearances in the top flight during his time at Brentford.
Onyeka's permanent transfer contract will officially take effect on Wednesday, July 1.
