OFFICIAL: Nicolas Jackson has signed a two-year contract extension with Chelsea until 2033
Chelsea:
Nico joined the Blues in late-June 2023 and enjoyed an impressive first campaign at Stamford Bridge. He netted 17 goals across all competitions, which included a hat-trick away to Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League.
He has started the current campaign strongly, with two goals scored in four appearances.
‘I am feeling very good and am very happy to sign a new contract and stay at the club,’ the 23-year-old said.
‘It feels great the club has confidence in me. I am working very hard. I am very happy to extend my contract and stay here for many years.’
Nico’s journey to Chelsea started at the age of 16 when he joined ASC Tilene. It was his first experience of organised football.
His talent quickly stood out and he moved on to professional side Casa Sport. A little over a year later, he signed for Villarreal.
After a loan spell at second-tier club Mirandes and impressive performances for Villarreal B, Nico established himself in the Spanish club’s first-team squad.
He made 38 appearances during the 2022/23 campaign and struck 13 goals. Nico also earned a place in the Senegal squad for the 2022 World Cup.
Since completing his switch to Chelsea, he has made 48 appearances in blue and become a regular starter for his country.
Congratulations, Nico!

Stay away from white girls else they'll bring you down, Akraf Hamid should be your model. Money first, as football is a business. Enjoy your stay with Chelsea for the next almost 10 years.
