Southampton have completed the signing of Standard Liege winger Moussa Djenepo.
Mali winger Djenepo has joined on a five-year deal after Southampton agreed a deal worth an initial £10.5m rising to £13.5m with Belgian’s Liege.
The two clubs reached an agreement earlier this month clearing Djenepo, 20, to undergo a medical.
And his arrival as Southampton’s first summer signing has now been announced after the south coast club received confirmation Djenepo had been granted his work permit.
Left winger Djenepo, who has eight caps for is country, had a standout campaign this season, playing 38 times for Liege scoring 11 goals and setting up six more to help his club finish third and qualify for the Europa League.
