Hellas Verona have officially signed Inter youth team striker Eddie Salcedo on loan for this season.
He won’t turn 18 until October 1 and the Italo-Colombian has played for Italy at Under-19 level, with four goals in 12 caps.
Salcedo was born in Genoa and came up through their youth academy alongside Pietro Pellegri.
Inter bought the forward for €9m last summer and believe he can gain regular Serie A playing time at newly-promoted Verona.
Last season, Salcedo scored 13 goals with four assists in 35 competitive games for the Inter primavera youth team.
