Manchester City have reportedly offered Oleksandr Zinchenko to Everton and Newcastle, unsure about the Ukrainian's long-term future at the Etihad.
Having already lured striker Erling Haaland from Borussia Dortmund this summer, the champions have now turned their attention to the left-back market and are linked with Brighton and Spain international Marc Cucurella.
A new left-back could spell the end for 25-year-old Zinchenko, who only managed 15 Premier League appearances last campaign - his lowest total for three seasons.
With his future at the club still in question, Manchester City have offered the Ukrainian to both Everton and Newcastle, according to The Athletic.
A move to either Premier League club could see a change of role for Zinchenko, who has predominately featured on the left of defence under Pep Guardiola.
Everton, having only just signed Zinchenko's fellow countryman Vitaliy Mykolenko in January to replace left-back Lucas Digne, will mainly be focusing on midfield reinforcements.
Therefore, if Zinchenko were to arrive at Goodison Park, boss Frank Lampard may be more inclined to deploy him in midfield.
Both Zinchenko and Mykolenko have endured an emotional few months since Russia’s invasion of their homeland, and the Manchester City player may be tempted by a fresh start alongside his compatriot.
Meanwhile, Eddie Howe is preparing for a widely-expected spending spree at Newcastle, who are about to enjoy their first summer transfer window with the new Saudi owners.
Newcastle's interest in Zinchenko at left-back depends on the club's desire to sign Matt Targett permanently this summer, following his four month loan spell.

Everton should stop buying rejects from the top six and find their own talents not players who come there when they are unwanted by their clubs

If we sell zinchenko we will not only need 1 full back but two, aswell as a new winger if we are to sell Sterling (hopefully antony), a new midfielder (hopefully Bellingham) we already have replaced Jesus with alvarez so Jesus can leave, and if city will sell bernardo we need a new offensive midfielder (hopefully wirtz), fullbacks there are many options in cucurella, wan bissaka, tyrick mitchell, renan lodi, gaya, theo hernandez, alphonso davies (would be a dream come true) and hakimi
If city sell sterling they won’t necessarily need a replacement for him city have a lots of options in that position, grealish , mahrez , foden, Bernardo Silva , Florian wirtz is out injured and even if he’s fully fit he’s not good enough yet to replace Silva , wan bissaka is not good enough for city Davies is not for sale and why would hakimi leave psg for city? he’s happy and doing great there he’s found a great bond with mbappe as well
