PLAYER RATINGS: Diogo Jota and Darwin Nunez shine during four-goal victory

Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool side secured a five-point gap at the summit of the Premier League table after beating Bournemouth 4-0 on Sunday night.

The Reds ran riot during their trip to the Vitality Stadium, where braces from Darwin Nunez and Diogo Jota rounded up a dominant victory against the Cherries.

Klopp will be pleased with his side's second-half performance, in which they scored all four of their goals, after an underwhelming opening 45 minutes.

The likes of Nunez and Jota lead from the front as Ibrahima Konate and youngster Conor Bradley shone in defence.

BOURNEMOUTH (4-2-3-1)

Neto 6; Aarons 5, Zabarnyi 5.5, Mepham 6, Hill 6 (Kelly 55, 6); Christie 6.5, Cook 5 (Billing 83); Tavernier 6.5, Kluivert 5 (Brooks 69, 6), Sinisterra 6 (Scott 55, 6); Solanke 5 (Moore 83)

Subs not used: Travers, Marcondes, Kilkenny, Greenwood

Bookings: Cook

Manager: Andoni Iraola 6

Liverpool (4-3-3)

Alisson 6

A solid performance from the Reds goalkeeper who, in truth, was rarely tested by the Bournemouth attack

Bradley 6.5

A very promising display from Bradley, who was making his full Premier League debut, despite a late booking for a foul on Cherries playmaker Alex Scott. Substituted for Owen Beck in the 83rd minute.

Konate 7.5

The France defender barely put a foot wrong during Liverpool's win. Both on and off the ball, Konate exemplified all the traits that Klopp wants from his defenders.

Van Dijk 7

As reliable as ever, van Dijk was immense for the Reds on Sunday night as he managed to keep Bournemouth's attackers at bay.

Gomez 6.5

Solid display at full-back for Gomez, who came close to scoring his first ever Liverpool goal midway through the first-half.

Elliott 6

A relatively quiet evening for the former Fulham midfielder. Though he didn't make a massive impact, he was tidy and composed with his all-round play. Substituted for Ryan Gravenberch in the 64th minute.

McAllister 7.5

Liverpool's most exciting midfielder, on the night. The World Cup winner called Bournemouth's Neto into action multiple times and help set the tone for his side.

Jones 7

Another impressive performance from the 22-year-old, who has quickly become a key figure in Liverpool's side. Substituted for Bobby Clark in the 83rd minute.

Diaz 6

The Colombian winger failed to have the impact he would've hoped for on the night, but that's likely due to the nasty knock he took during the first-half. Substituted for Cody Gakpo in the 64th minute.

Jota 8

Sensational. The Portugal international put on a finishing clinic at the Vitality Stadium, with his second strike being the most impressive of the lot. Substituted for Kaide Gordon in the 94th minute.

Nunez 7.5

The Uruguayan continues to prove his doubters wrong after grabbing a brace during Liverpool's trip to Bournemouth. He's now the only Premier League player to register at least 10 goals and 10 assists in all competitions this season.

Subs not used: Adrian, Kelleher, McConnell, Quansah
