The son of Albanian leged Rudi Vata, Rocco began his pro career with his father's former club Celtic before moving to the Hornets.
Such has been his form that Vata is being tracked by major clubs across Europe.
Atalanta and Eintracht Frankfurt have had scouts at Vicarage Road this season to check on Vata, who has a deal with Watford to 2028.
The Daily Mail says Crystal Palace and Fulham are also interested in the 20 year-old.
