Pennant: I believe Salah's time at Liverpool is about to end

Former Liverpool player Jermaine Pennant believes that Mohamed Salah may be approaching the final stage of his glorious Liverpool career, and stated that Bayern Munich winger Michael Olise is his ideal successor to Salah.

Pennant said: "I think the remaining time of this season is very likely to be the final stage of Salah's tenure at Liverpool. His decline in form has been extremely obvious, which everyone can see. Compared to the past eight seasons, he is almost a completely different person now. Every player will reach a point of gradual decline, and this process is happening to him."

"This is probably his last season at the club. If a team from the Saudi Professional League is willing to pay an ideal transfer fee for him, Liverpool will definitely accept it and reinvest the money into the squad.
