You can afford to relax a little when you are World Cup winners and are adored by your fans.
The feel-good factor after lifting the World Cup in Russia in the summer is clearly still there for France's superstars.
Back together again for the October international break, a number of the players, including Paul Pogba and Kylian Mbappe, were more than happy to sign autographs and have photographs taken.
Pogba and Mbappe in particular took time to meet their fans ahead of the matches against Iceland and Germany.
France take on Iceland in a friendly on Thursday evening in Guingamp before hosting Germany in a Nations League Group A fixture at Stade de France.
France are top of their group after winning 2-1 against Holland and drawing 0-0 with Germany in Munich.
The players all appeared in good spirits on Monday afternoon as they trained at their base in Clairefontaine.
Pogba, Mbappe and Antoine Griezmann have all been included in the France side by head coach Didier Deschamps.
One player who hasn't been included by Deschamps is Arsenal striker Alexandre Lacazette.
Deschamps was asked about Lacazette's omission this week.
He said: 'There is competition for each position. When the players who were at the World Cup are performing well.
'It is not a question of type of player, but of position. I need balance in the squad and he is a central attacker. He must continue [to work hard].'

According to Premier League tracking data supplied by Opta, Pogba ran almost a kilometre further than in any other Premier League game all season
Thanks for this information . It's silences all those liars who falsely accuse Pogba of being lazy . Jose Mourinho is confining Pogba not to play his usual roving amenities and confines and restrict his movements to more defensive work . Mr "Park The Bus" is wasting Pogba's potential . Mourinho is turning players into Robots instead of unleashing their fullest potential . With this approach he will fail .

Thanks for this credible information on Pogba's workrate in the field . Some of his haters and Jose Mourinho's supporters obviously lied when they accused Pogba of being lazy . However the stats say the opposite . It's also obvious that the Devil is at work here . Being led by the Devil their father in darkness these Mourinho supporters who at the same time are Satan's offsprings will continue paddling anti-Pogba lies to Discredit him and defend Mourinho with more lies at all costs . As they say :"You can't keep a Good Man down ". Pogba will thrive because God and good people support him and are on his side . As for Mourinho and his poodles they will fail in their quest to ruin Pogba's future . Pogba looks happy in the midst of his French teammates . May he rise even higher and thrive beyond the expectations of a bunch of these LOSERS .

Thats the feeling that most people would like to feel once in their lifetime, being with people they respect. Of course, it feels better to be that famous person.

"he's not our best player", "wouldn't care if he was sold". We would be absolutely fucked without Pogba. He is class.

Pogba essentially plays his best as a sort of deep-lying attacking midfielder

The Mbappe hype is too big right now, and usually when hypes happen, it's not good for clubs in general.

There were rumours lately that said they’d have to sell Mbappé due to FFP, and we want him but would have to sell one of our stars to avoid FFP problems of our own.

And Sterling under Pep is a better player than the current Mbappe. This might be the case for a couple more seasons atleast.

I remember last year when people were calling City stupid for not taking the rumored Sanchez/Sterling swap deal in the summer. 47 goals+assist from Raheem later...
