Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly sent a message after racist abuse from Inter fans. “I am proud to be French, Senegalese, Neapolitan: A Man.”
He was subjected to racist abuse throughout the 1-0 defeat to Inter and this inevitably contributed to his lack of control in the final minutes.
Koulibaly was booked, turned to the referee and sarcastically applauded for a red card.
Inter went on to win 1-0 thanks to a Lautaro Martinez goal.
“I'm disappointed by the defeat, but above all at leaving my brothers!” Koulibaly wrote on Twitter.
“But I am proud of the colour of my skin. Proud to be French, Senegalese, Neapolitan: A Man."
There were three warnings read out by the stadium speaker that play would be halted if the racist abuse continued, but it never was.
Napoli Coach Carlo Ancelotti said "next time we'll take matters into our own hands" and will walk off if there is repeated racist abuse

Black, White, yellow, orange etc. Skin colour shouldn't matter in this day and age. I mean we have an orange president in the USA. But jokes aside, skin pigmentation doesn't make anyone superior or inferior. People need to get over themselves with these superiority complexes cos of their skin colour. Welcome to 2018 guys....

They warned the fans yet they didn't take any action, the management is also to blame on this.Italy will never win any major trophy again,I love France because they are a very good example of unity. Their national team is comprised of almost anyone from anywhere with any type of colour.

Come to think about it, BLACK is a better skin type than white. it doesn't fade at 20. BLACK skin only starts to winkle at after 60yrs of existence, so it doesnt age earlier like the white. it doesn't produce cancer at Sun's radiation. So what exactly are these whites talking? Maybe it's a story of inferiority complex or pot calling the kettle black. You've no right to abuse anybody made on their skin color. Bro, ignore them any move on! ok.

Racism is getting out of hand in football. It's clearly an important issue that should be dealt with strictly. Introduce arrests for those who commit such an offence and permanent bans from the clubs. No amount of money on tickets is worth sulleying your clubs name over. Integrity should be above benefit..... ban all racist scum from games and have them serve time at least in a correctional facility...

Racism is becoming an issue in the world of football. I think it's time our football organisations take this into consideration. FIFA, UEAFA and the rest should take necessary measures to deal with those who still live with racist minds till date. All humans were created equal, ones skin color shouldn't make people see him/her superior or inferior. I strongly stand against racism. Let's enter 2019 with the notion of "all human beings were created equal".
