Christian Pulisic will return home to Chelsea this weekend after featuring for the USA in their Gold Cup rematch against Mexico on Friday, according to Yahoo Sports.
The publication believes that Pulisic, along with four of his national teammates, will go back to their clubs after the match on Friday and miss next Tuesday's international friendly against Uruguay.
This will be very pleasing reading for Chelsea fans who are already begging on the return of a number of key injured players at the club right now, and this reduces the risk of a needless injury to another.
The 20-year old will, of course, have to come through this Friday's match unscathed and it's gotten to the point where this will be celebrated by Blues fans!
The former Dortmund player hasn't exactly got off to a flying start to his Chelsea career so far, but he does feel like a time bomb waiting to explode, and right now, the London club need him fully fit.
