Gianluigi Donnarumma's future is one that is still likely to lay away from AC Milan despite his declarations, according to a report.
There were some encouraging words from Donnarumma on Thursday night as he professed his love for the club, insisting that the Rossoneri colours 'mean so much' to him.
Nonetheless, according to Friday's edition of il Corriere dello Sport (via MilanLive), Donnarumma's agent Mino Raiola is pushing for his client to leave Milan and join Real Madrid, but a switch to Paris Saint-Germain is not out of the question.
Donnarumma's contract that expires in just a year, and to renew Raiola is asking for both guarantees regarding the club's future project and a pay rise from the current €6m-a-year, the latter of which CEO Ivan Gazidis deems impossible.
As a result, a sale this summer seems highly likely. That is because from next January, the 21-year-old would be free to sign for any other team on a free transfer, meaning the Rossoneri would not get any capital gains from their prized young asset.
Given the current contractual situation, Milan are looking at collecting around €30-35million from his sale. a paltry figure for Gigio's ability but one purely dictated by his deal and slim chances of renewal.
