Marcus Rashford has officially been awarded Manchester United's second goal in the Carabao Cup final - after it was originally taken away from the forward.
Rashford was played through by Wout Weghorst towards the end of the first-half and his strike took a deflection before looping over Loris Karius in the Newcastle goal.
Sven Botman originally had the misfortune of having the effort given as an own-goal against him but the EFL have since reversed this decision.
The Red Devils took the lead at Wembley when Casemiro headed home after a brilliant cross from Luke Shaw.
United's second goal then gave the Red Devils complete control of the Carabao Cup final as they saw out the game in comfortable fashion.
The 25-year-old is in the form of his life and has now continued his hot streak at Wembley.
Rashford has scored 17 goals in 19 games following his return to United from the World Cup and the forward does not look like slowing down.
The England international is also one of the few United players who had already tasted success at the club.
The Manchester United youth product was part of Jose Mourinho's side who won the Europa League final in 2017 before going on a six-year drought.
Rashford and Co. will be hoping the side don't have to wait as long before they next get their hands on some silverware - with the club still competing in all remaining competitions.
Speaking after the game, United manager Erik ten Hag said that this is just the beginning for his Manchester United side.
Ten Hag said: 'We have to celebrate but after that point you have to keep going because this cup can be the inspiration to get even more.
'We are still at the start of restoring Manchester United to where we belong - and that is winning trophies.' added the Dutch head coach.
The Red Devils' next game is an FA Cup clash against West Ham and it gives the side a chance to progress in another cup competition.

Marcus took the shot at goal. The ball headed into the net if no one touched it. If goalie parries it into the net, it’s a goal by striker. If it ricochets off ten opposing players, it is a goal by the striker. On the other hand if the opponent kicks any ball with intent to divert a strike that was not heading for the goal and accidentally enters or crosses the goal line, That is an own goal. Now all others goal judges can go to sleep. I have don their homework
