Marcus Rashford has shared footage of himself working out as his Manchester United future continues to hang in the balance.
Rashford, 27, admitted in a bombshell interview last month that he is ready to leave his boyhood club, and he has not played under Ruben Amorim since.
The England international has made just one matchday squad in the past month, and is now being linked with a potential move abroad, with AC Milan, Barcelona and Borussia Dortmund among the clubs interested in signing him.
He has spent his entire career at United, but has struggled in the last two years and was out of favour with new head coach Amorim before his bombshell interview asking to leave.
Dortmund are making a concerted effort to beat rivals AC Milan and Barcelona to Rashford's signature with more talks planned this week, but the Bundesliga side have a good relationship with Manchester United and are looking to structure a deal based on the model used for Jadon Sancho last season.
And, on Tuesday evening, Rashford shared footage to social media which showed the forward working out on an exercise bike.
Shared on his Instagram story his 17million followers on the platform, Rashford was seen wearing a grey jacket with his hood up.
He wore Nike shorts, white socks and blue trainers and pedalled on an exercise bike for a few seconds.
AC Milan advisor Zlatan Ibrahimovic confirmed his side's efforts to sign Rashford recently, saying: 'I know Marcus well, I played with him when he was young. It is not an easy operation, but we have not spoken to him yet. We’ll see if we will speak to him.
However, the club will have to make a decision over which England star they want to bring in, due to some Serie A registration rules, after also registering their interest in Kyle Walker.
The club have just one spot remaining in their squad for a British player following a change in regulations after Brexit.
Restrictions say Italian teams can only bring in two non-EU squad members each year, with one bonus English or Albanian ace permitted.
Milan signed Serbian international Strahinja Pavlovic and Brazil star Emerson Royal in the summer to fill their two non-EU slots.
Rashford has not featured in any of United's last seven matches, a run that started when he was omitted from the squad for his side's 2-1 derby win against Manchester City on December 15.
He spoke to journalist Henry Winter two days later and revealed his desire for a new challenge away from United.
Rashford has since been frozen out while negotiations take place over a potential move away.
He is unlikely to be involved once again when United host Southampton in the Premier League on Thursday.

That’s the warrior like mentality we’ve been dying to see in our players, not lazy player like Rashford Ruben Amorim is a icecold calm, cool and collected manager.

Iets be honest, it's over for this guy. Man plays like he is just doing the team a favour. That time of keeping spoilt players is over.

Didn't learn from Sancho and Ronaldo (who's my own Goat) giving interviews and making some statements about your club or manager while being on a contract will definitely affect you... no one, I mean no player should feel they are bigger or more important than Manchester United
