Real Madrid and Chelsea legends will play a charity match on June 23rd

Florentino Pérez presided over the ceremony, in which it was announced that the Real Madrid and Chelsea legends will play in this charity match on June 23 at the Bernabéu.

The Santiago Bernabéu will host the tenth edition of the Corazón Classic Match. On June 23, the legends of Real Madrid and Chelsea will line up in this traditional charity match organised by the Real Madrid Foundation. The presidential box at the Real Madrid stadium hosted the presentation of the Fiesta Corazón Classic Match 2019, Heartbeats with soul, whose benefits will go to the Foundation’s social inclusion projects.

The event was presided over by Florentino Pérez, and attended by Tore Andre Flo, Chelsea ambassador; Simon Taylor, director of the Chelsea Foundation; Emilio Butragueño, Director of Institutional Relations at Real Madrid; Roberto Carlos and Arbeloa, ambassadors of the club; the ex-players Raúl and Baptista, who confirmed their presence at the game, as well as different members of the Real Madrid Board of Directors and patrons of the Foundation.

The president of Real Madrid was the first to take the floor: "This event has already become a traditional and endearing appointment. It is a commitment by the world of football to solidarity and with the strength of this sport to unite people. This stadium, which has seen the best players in history, gets together every year the legends of the best football clubs in the world. And next Sunday June 23 there will be the chance to generate enthusiasm and hope for many children who experience injustices and inequalities.
