The two European giants will conclude their pre-season with a friendly in New Jersey as they both prepare for life without their strongest players
Real Madrid and Roma will finish off their pre-season campaigns with an International Champions Cup fixture at the MetLife stadium in New Jersey on Tuesday.
Both clubs have lost their two most valuable players in the summer with Cristiano Ronaldo having left for Juventus and Roma goalkeeper Alisson leaving for Liverpool, and will be aiming to ready for life without them.
New Blancos boss Julen Lopetegui has enjoyed mixed success in the bulk of their pre-season tour across the United States, registering defeat to Manchester United but beating Juventus 3-1.
Roma head into the fixture following a triumphant 4-2 win over a youthful Barcelona side and will be looking to claim a second win over a Spanish side when they face Madrid.
TV Channel, Live Stream & How To Watch
In the United States (US), the game will be shown on ESPN and livestreamed on WatchESPN.
In the United Kingdom (UK), the game can be watched live on Premier Sports 1 or streamed live online on Premier Sports.
Squads & Team News
Lopetegui will be eager to get his final preparations right before the start of the Liga season proper as he has the chance to experiment with his most available squad yet, with Sergio Ramos in contention to feature following his return from holiday.
Raphael Varane is only a recent arrival in Madrid and could make way for Jesus Vallejo to fill in for him at centre-back.
The likes of Toni Kroos, Marco Asensio and Isco will be expected to be given more minutes in order to gain match fitness.
Potential Real Madrid XI: Navas; Carvajal, Jesu Vallejo, Nacho, Hernandez, Llorente, Kroos, Bale, Odegaard, Isco, Benzema.
Defender Aleksandar Kolarov could fill in for Davide Santon, while new signing Bryan Cristante could make an appearance alongside Javier Pastore.
Goalkeeper Robin Olsen will be looking to fill the shoes of the departed Alisson.
Potential Roma XI: Olsen, Santon, Marcano, Manolas, Florenzi, De Rossi, Strootman, Pellegrini, Faraone, Dzeko, Kluivert.
Betting & Match Odds
Real Madrid are considered to be 3/4 shots to emerge victorious, according to dabblebet, while a draw is available at 3/1. A win for Roma is priced at 3/1.
Match Preview
The fixture against Roma will give Lopetegui the chance to work with his latest batch of players who have just returned to the club ahead of the start of the Spanish league season.
A Super Cup final against Atletico Madrid awaits Real Madrid next Wednesday, but the Champions League winners will need to first focus on rounding off their ICC campaign strongly.
Both Gareth Bale and Marco Asensio have taken to the task of filling the void that Ronaldo left behind well, with both scoring against Juventus in the 3-1 victory in the most recent fixture.
The Welshman will be expected to step up the plate and lead Real Madrid's attacking line and will be hoping to increase his goal tally now that he has the chance to step out of Ronaldo's shadow.
As for Roma, the Italian side will be relying on the efforts of Swedish international Olsen in place of Alisson, who will be looking to establish himself as the club's number one.
Olsen conceded two goals during his debut fixture but is still expected to improve. The 28-year-old goalkeeper will need to work to gain the trust of Roma fans, however, due to his relative inexperience in playing at the top-level (having played in Sweden and Denmark previously) despite impressing during the World Cup.
Roma veteran De Rossi is set to play his final season with the Italian side, after he revealed that he would be open to making a switch to MLS next summer.

Last season Neymar left Barca because he wanted to be out of Messi's shadow, now Cr7 has left Madrid, Bale I for one don't need any complain, you are now on your own, no more under the shadow of Cr7,hala madrid
