According to renowned journalist Fabrizio Romano, Manchester City is preparing to make an official bid for Liverpool's Luis Gakpo.
Romano reports that Manchester City has reached an agreement with Gakpo's representatives and is ready to submit a formal offer of £85 million to sign the winger.
The deal is contingent on Liverpool finding a suitable replacement. Manchester City is reportedly pressing to complete the transfer once the Merseyside club identifies a new winger.
