Storming off the pitch in anger is something that Cristiano Ronaldo has become used to in the last couple of seasons, and he again walked away from Old Trafford in that now-familiar fashion on Tuesday after Atletico Madrid had sent him and Manchester United packing from the Champions League.
Los Colchoneros won 1-0 on the night and 2-1 on aggregate, giving Diego Simeone his first-ever Champions League win over Cristiano, after the No.7 had beaten Atletico five times in the competition.
As he left the pitch on Tuesday, Cristiano Ronaldo was clearly far from pleased. He didn't even manage to get a single shot on goal on the night, having scored three goals in his last two Champions League meetings with Atletico.
Generally, Cristiano Ronaldo is having a tough time in Manchester and his return to England hasn't quite gone to plan, with United looking a worse side now than they were a year ago and ahead of his arrival.
