Roy Keane slammed Jamie Redknapp for heaping praise on Tottenham following their draw with Manchester United.
Ange Postecoglou's side were held to a 2-2 draw by the Red Devils at Old Trafford having gone behind on two occasions.
Despite dropping two points, Redknapp and Gary Neville both praised the north London side for their improvement this season, pointing to their injury problems in the process.
Keane admitted Tottenham were the better team on the day but reminded his fellow pundits that they had not won the match.
Speaking on Sky Sports, he said: 'Everyone's praising Tottenham but it was a draw, they didn't win. They were missing big players, but so were Man United. When you're a big team, you have to deal with these things.
'They were the better team, but it was a draw. The staff got praised, the bus driver got praise, everybody got praise. It finished 2-2, everybody relax.'
Redknapp then claimed Postecoglou has taken Tottenham further than Erik ten Hag has with United but Keane disagreed.
'Clearly the problems are deeper at United than at Spurs. You haven't got a clue what you're going to get from (United),' he said.
Neville went on to suggest Tottenham will finish in the top three if they continue their improvement, but Keane hit back saying: 'Top three? Dream big, lads.
'The manager deserves credit, of course. They were confident and they were disappointed with a draw. They should be going all out for top four and to win a trophy. But they didn't show a real belief to win a game. They settled for a draw.'
United had taken the lead after just three minutes before Richarlison equalised for the hosts in the 19th minute.
Marcus Rashford restored United's lead on the 40 minute mark but Rodrigo Bentancur's goal seconds after the break ensured the points were shared.

when united drew at Liverpool weren't they praised for that
With Liverpool it was different, United went to Anfield as overwhelming underdogs. If you watched yesterday's game, Tottenham could have swept aside United if they stepped up a gear. The game was open unlike at Anfield where United came to defend. A midfield of an 18 year old CDM alongside an aging Eriksen deserves a good beating. But they can be forgiven since they also lacked many first team players

for me as a die hard man utd fan, i also wil praise hotspurs performance..they played much better than us.. yes is just a draw for them but the whole match team performance are great.. we play at home but our match stats all much much lower than hotspurs.. so why shouldn't we praise them n hope our players n manager to improve more...luckily defenders did alot of good job for us ,else we wil loose this match
because Tottenham weren't in their best, ManU were playing mud mixed in with cow. dung. Tottenham hasn't been consistent and lost points in the most of obvious games. Keane is right in his critique of the team yesterday. neither team played their best nor showed any improvements. these are big teams in the UK and should be showing us better. we're comparing Tottenham to Tottenham and ManU to ManU interms of growth and hunger. neither team showed either desire to grab the game by the throat. Tottenham didn't do much with their possession or football to say they had an amazing game. ManU were shite with Rashers jogging back aas always.

Keane will always say the opposite, just to be different, just to stand out.
