Saka: Low dressing room spirits, we must reflect on recent games

Arsenal played out a 2-2 draw against Wolverhampton Wanderers away from home in Matchweek 31 of the Premier League. After the final whistle, Arsenal forward Bukayo Saka spoke to Sky Sports.

On the current mood in the dressing room, Saka said: “The atmosphere is really low. We’re extremely disappointed with the result, especially our second-half performance, which was nowhere near the standards we set for ourselves at the start of the season. Now is the time to really reflect on our recent form, fix things immediately, and get back to winning ways, go on a run, and regain our momentum — because we’ve definitely lost a bit of it right now.”

“We need to get back to the level we know we’re capable of and get the basics right. This team has more than enough quality to win games, especially in these recent matches where we’ve dropped points. We have to sort this out, and that’s our sole focus right now.”
