Sassuolo chief Giovanni Carnevali insists they won't sell Davide Frattesi on the cheap.
Inter Milan and Roberto de Zerbi's Brighton are interested in the Italy midfielder.
Carnevali told Calciomercato.com: “We hope he will have more and more suitors but it doesn't depend on yesterday's performance (against Spain).
"We have had meetings with several teams, not just with Inter.
"What I can say is that for the moment no agreement or step forward has been made with any club."
