The Spanish defender is one of the highest paid players in the PSG squad, and could make his debut for the Ligue 1 club in November.

Sergio Ramos is close to making his long-awaited debut for PSG. The Spanish centre-back trained at Camps des Loges yesterday for what was his second session with the first team after a difficult spell on the sidelines through injury.

French daily L'Équipe has published Ramos' current salary with the Ligue 1 club. The former Real Madrid captain earns €6 million net per season, making him one of the highest paid players at the club. Ramos earns less than Italian goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma, who takes home €7 million net per season, which guarantees him almost a million euros gross per month.

PSG prepare for Ramos debut

Like all of PSG's signings during the last transfer window, the defender received no signing-on fee. Lionel Messi also arrived in the French capital over the summer on a free transfer, but did not benefit from any signing-on fee either. PSG's objective is to have Ramos back on the pitch by the end of November if he completes the next few weeks of training without any issues.
