According to reports, Manchester United youngster JJ Gabriel is very close to joining Real Madrid.
According to Sky Germany reporter Florian Plettenberg, negotiations between JJ Gabriel's camp and Real Madrid are progressing, and a deal is close to being finalized.
A verbal agreement has been reached, but a medical has not yet been scheduled. The 16-year-old prodigy has decided to join Real Madrid, choosing them over Bayern, Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona.
Because the player holds a European passport, the transfer is scheduled to be completed on January 1, with Manchester United receiving only a youth training compensation fee.
