Manchester United's signing of Cristiano Ronaldo this past summer was one of the biggest deals to take place a chaotic transfer window.
After over a decade away from Old Trafford, Cristiano returned to the club where he grew into a superstar, and he has impressed everyone since getting back to work in Manchester.
Despite closing in on his 37th birthday, the Portuguese forward doesn't look likely to stop playing any time soon, and United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer expects another few years out of him yet.
"I wouldn't be surprised if he still played when he was 40," Solskjaer said at a press conference.
"Not at all, because of the way he looks after himself. That's the key to it - and of course some genes. There must be some genes as well, some DNA in there.
"He has put every single ounce of energy and effort into becoming the player he is and has been, so he deserves every single little plaudit that he gets for his physical state.
"What's more impressive is when you have achieved as much as he has, he's still as hungry. His mentality is still absolutely spot-on and that's a desire from inside that he's going to keep going until his head says: 'No, I've given everything now'.
"Hopefully it will last a few more years. Linford Christie was quite an age when he won his gold as well, so age is never a problem."

No big deal! Zlatan is 40yrs now and still scored important goals for Ac millan! Even if cr7 play till 80yrs he will still come behind Messi! As long as he avoid dribbling and wait endlessly within box 18 for pk and tap in he can continue till 120, but he will still be in, Messi's shadow"!
