Ole Gunnar Solskjaer doesn't fear for his job at Manchester United even though the Premier League sacking season is in full swing.
Unai Emery, Mauricio Pochettino and Quique Sanchez Flores have all lost their jobs in recent weeks, and Solskjaer is coming under renewed pressure after winning four of 14 league games this season.
But the United boss insists he is not worried about his position as he prepares to face Tottenham at Old Trafford on Wednesday and Manchester City at the Etihad on Saturday.
'No it doesn't make me more concerned,' said Solskjaer. 'I'm just focusing on my job and that's doing as well as I can. look forward to the next game and look at the long-term plan things with board.
'It's that time of year. It's never nice to see your colleagues lose their job in a very short space of time.'
Asked if he has felt the need to speak to United chief Ed Woodward, Solskjaer added: 'We speak all the time so it's not like knee-jerk suddenly now we need to talk. We speak a few times every week so it's continually progressing.
'The plans we've put in place, the rebuilding we know we started, we made some decisions that were necessary and now of course we're not happy where we are but will continue working.
'Three days or four days aren't going to change a whole lot but these two games are great chances to improve things and continue in the vein against some of the better sides. We've had some good results against good teams and we've got a plan for Wednesday night.
'We've had too many draws for my liking, defeats of course, but draws we should have turned into wins. Football is a results business.
'We're not happy and know we can do better. We are working hard, the work is always geared on us improving but we're not getting all the results we've deserved.

If Ole is axed , which i doubt , he won't regret it , because he must have learned how to break and create pl records , both positive and negative . And also he has seen the difference between being a legend as a player , and wanting to be a legend as a coach at Old Trafford.😁

A mean tbh the team aren’t playing that bad of late, apart from this kid PEREIRA who I think isn’t a starter & more like a squad player, should be drop!!! and like he said with so many draws is what’s killing us, we’re showing the fight to come back in games that we’re behind but just can’t show the stability to hold on, the fighting spirit is what we want to see as fans but with so many draw games against oppositions that we should be running riot on is just baffling...

I have a dream that one day Man United will come up and win big Trophies again, I have a dream that Glazer family will sell Man Utd to the owners who are not fear to spend, I have a dream that one day Manchester United will have a coach as Fergie.I have a dream!!

It Is A Do-Or-Die Five Days Period (Two Crucial Matches Against Spurs At Home And Man City Away) For Solskjaer Which His Fate Will Be Decided. If He Lose Both Of Them.., His ill-fated Time With United Will Finally Be Sealed And Buried.
